REFUND POLICY
Returning Merchandise / RMA Requests:
All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the item’s receipt.
You must obtain a valid RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number from service@coolmix.com before returning your merchandise.
To obtain a RMA #, please email your request and the reason for return to: service@coolmix.com
Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions.
To expedite your return, please print the RMA return label and attached to the return package. You then place the return request # number on the outside of the return packaging.
Upon items returning to our warehouse you will be contacted. Without any complications arising, refunds will be processed by us within 1-7 business days. You should receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
May I return the product I do not like & get a refund?
You can return within 2 weeks from the arrival date of your package.
For defective products, we will refund the full amount or give you credit. Otherwise, 30% will be deducted as a restocking fee.
Items must have all the tags intact & not show any signs of wear.
Please make sure to get a return authorization number (R.M.A) by email before sending your item(s) back. RMA will not be provided by phone.
All non-confirmed returns will be refused. Accounts that refuse or cancel requested shipments already processed will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
In case of a partial return, please include a copy of the invoice, marking the returning items and reason for return.
If products have defects or damage during transit, you may return it within 5 days from the receipt of merchandise to receive credit towards next purchase or exchange. Please note that credits due to out of stock will apply towards next purchase too. You must send an email with Company info, invoice number, and reason for return/exchange prior to returning package. We do not accept used or worn products for return. We do not accept returns for products other than defected or damaged during transit.
Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.
We reserve the right to correct any errors found in our website price list, catalog or invoice.
